Cancellation and Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Written notification of cancellation received by fax or postmarked by 4/9/2010 will be issued a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after 4/9/2010 Attendees who register but do not pay nor attend will be invoiced for the full registration fee. Please register by 3/26/2010 to ensure that your name appears on the list of conference attendees and other conference materials.
