The SVN Launchpad addresses the critical shortage of quality supervised visitation providers through a comprehensive 6-month, mentor-guided program. Participants work one-on-one with a Mission Specialist, attend Launchpad Labs as they become available throughout the year, and complete foundational certificate trainings to build ethical, sustainable, and mission-aligned supervised visitation practices.


Rolling Admission Friendly: Participants may start at any time. Lab attendance will vary based on the annual schedule and when you join the program. SVN will assist with scheduling and ensure you attend all six Labs during or after your 6-month mentorship journey

Mission Specialist Mentorship (6 Months)


SVN Mission Specialists are veteran supervised visitation providers who serve as trusted mentors throughout the Launchpad journey. They bring a deep understanding of the field, a commitment to ethical practice, and a passion for helping new providers launch with clarity, confidence, and compassion.


Mission Specialists are embedded into the Launch Sequence as co-pilots—walking alongside participants each month to:

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one mentorship tied to each step of the Flight Plan
  • Offer real-world insight into business operations, documentation, and safety protocols
  • Help integrate learning from certificate trainings into tangible practice tools
  • Act as strategic sounding boards during decision-making, policy drafting, and problem-solving
  • Encourage sustainable leadership rooted in boundaries, reflection, and mission


Their consistent guidance ensures that Launchpad participants don’t just complete a training—they build a practice grounded in values, equipped for real-world complexity, and ready to serve their communities with professionalism and care.

Month 1: Welcome + Lifting Off

Mission Specialist Mentoring Objectives:

  • Clarify participant's mission, vision, and guiding values
  • Explore distinctions between mission, model, and method
  • Help participants connect values to client experience and service delivery

Month 2: Designing Systems That Work


Flight Plan Focus: Service Menu

Mission Specialist Mentoring Objectives:

  • Define types of services (e.g., supervised visitation, exchanges, virtual)
  • Clarify target population and any limitations
  • Explore alignment with personal strengths and community needs

Deliverable: Draft list of services and population focus

Month 3: Building a Safe & Ethical Foundation


Flight Plan Focus: Policies, Procedures & Forms

Mission Specialist Mentoring Objectives:

  • Review draft policies and core forms
  • Discuss enforceability and alignment with best practices
  • Explore confidentiality, safety, and cancellation policies

Month 4: Financial Clarity & Core Forms

SVN Launchpad Labs


Six themed business-building sessions scheduled throughout the year

Format: 90-minute virtual sessions in small-group format with open-floor coaching, practical tools, and collaborative support. Participants attend Labs as they become available during or after their mentorship period.

The Business Flight Plan is a living, working document created collaboratively between each participant and their Mission Specialist throughout the 6-month program.
